Welcome to Truck Mandi (truckmandi.online). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About Truck Mandi

Truck Mandi is a WhatsApp-based marketplace for buying and selling second-hand commercial vehicles (6-wheel to 22-wheel trucks) across India. We operate primarily through WhatsApp and our website truckmandi.online.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to use our platform.
• Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration or listing.
• By using our platform, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into contracts.

3. Listing & Verification Fee

• Sellers are required to pay a one-time verification fee of ₹100 to list their vehicle.
• This fee ensures genuine listings and protects buyers from fake leads.
• The verification fee is non-refundable once the listing is published.
• Annual listing fee of ₹1,180/year applies for premium seller accounts.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate vehicle details including year, make, model, condition, and price.
• Users must not post fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings.
• Truck Mandi is not responsible for any disputes arising between buyers and sellers.
• Users must comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Posting stolen, illegal, or encumbered vehicles.
• Spamming, harassment, or abusive behavior on the platform.
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than buying/selling commercial vehicles.

6. Platform Role

Truck Mandi acts solely as an intermediary marketplace. We do not own, sell, or guarantee any vehicles listed on the platform. All transactions are directly between buyers and sellers. We strongly recommend buyers to physically inspect vehicles before purchase.

7. Payments & Refunds

• Vehicle payments are made directly between buyers and sellers.
• Truck Mandi does not handle or process vehicle sale payments.
• Verification/listing fees paid to Truck Mandi are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on truckmandi.online including logos, text, and design is the property of Truck Mandi. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Truck Mandi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including losses from vehicle transactions between users.

10. Changes to Terms

Truck Mandi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
